Choose Tools Your Team Can Use, and Afford
A one-page tool decision for the team: the workload, a monthly cost estimate for a normal and a busy month from the vendor's dated prices, the cap and alert that are actually set, a named admin and deputy, and the trial result; it passes when a colleague can recompute the estimate from the page and the vendor's price page.
