Trace one synthetic form submission through Form Trigger, Edit Fields and Convert to File into a separate CSV, then distinguish input rejection, a controlled execution failure and human handover.
How to use this canvas
Follow the three top-row nodes: Form Trigger receives six required text fields; Edit Fields maps the incoming values; Convert to File produces one CSV with a header and one data row. Trace two distinguishable synthetic submissions separately and compare each CSV with its own input; runs do not accumulate into one file. Use the bottom-row checks to distinguish a missing required field rejected by the form from a Stop And Error failure after mapping. Inspect the failed execution, remove the temporary failure node, reconnect and retest. At human handover, compare both outputs and leave the workflow inactive. The bottom row shows checks and decisions, not three additional workflow nodes.
