Test a cited RAG answer

Steps

1. Prepare a small approved or synthetic document collection.
2. Ask one bounded question and retain the retrieved passages.
3. Check that the answer cites supporting text.
4. Ask an unsupported question and retain the expected unknown or refusal.

Verify and rollback

Both evidence and absence-of-evidence behavior are recorded. Remove synthetic fixtures when they are no longer needed.
